Where to leave your Christmas tree?

In Haarlem - Zandvoort - Spaarndam

Children and adults can collect Christmas trees and dispose of them on January 4th and January 11th at designated places.

The fun part is that children 15 years and under will get 0,50 Euro cents and a lottery ticket for each tree. You can win different prizes. The Super Prize is 500 Euro. You can spend this amount on an activity with the class or donate it to charity.

Dates and Location

On January 4th and 11th, between 1.30 p.m. and 5 p.m., kids can leave the collected trees at different locations in Haarlem, Zandvoort, and Spaarndam. You can check the places on the website of Spaarnlanden.

Please note that it is not allowed to keep the collected trees in front gardens or on the streets by order of the fire department.

Announcement of the winners

The winners will be announced on the website of Spaarnelanden on January 20th.

Did you win? Send an e-mail to Communicatie@Spaarnelanden.nl. Mention your name, address, and phone number, and add a picture of your lottery ticket as proof.

Milieuplein

You can also leave your Christmas tree at Milieuplein, Ir. Lelyweg 51 in Haarlem.

No lottery tickets will be given away at Milieuplein.
