Veronica’s story begins in Peru, where she was raised with a deep connection to natural healing. Her mother worked with herbs, cooked nourishing meals, and created herbal medicines to care for her children. This foundation of holistic health unknowingly set the stage for Veronica’s future business.

After pursuing studies in the US, Veronica eventually settled in the Netherlands, However, years later, she found herself struggling with serious health isssues. Searching for answers, she discovered Ayurvedic medicine and neuroplasticity techniques to heal from stress and trauma. This experience was transformative. She realized that true healing comes from both addressing both the body and mind holistically.

Healing is not about surviving, it’s about thriving

the leap into entrepreneurship

Motherhood was the spark that pushed Veronica toward entrepreneurship. Determined to share what she had learned through Ayurveda, she decided to study it in depth. Her dedication even brought her to India where she immersed herself in Ayurvedic science.

But her journey didn’t stop here. She also studied neuroplasticity techniques that help rewire the brain, allowing people to heal from past trauma and shift their beliefs. “Everything leads back to childhood, ” Veronica explains. “When you make peace with the past, you begin to heal, and your health improves. Healing is not about surviving, it’s about thriving.”

Building a buisiness with purpose

Ayurveda, known as the Science of Life, views life holistically. It considers everything, from childhood experiences and relationships to food, movement, and work. According to Veronica, imbalance in any of these areas can lead to illness. However, once we recognize where we are out of balance, we have the tools to restore harmony. “The world is like a big wave. ” she says. “We just need to learn how to surf it.”

The most rewarding part of entrepreneurship

For Veronica, the most fulfilling aspect of running her business is witnessing women heal. “When a client tells me ‘You’ve given me the best experience of my life, ‘ my hearts melts. Just bringing a smile to a depressed face is already a success.”

She also cherishes the moment she secured her own practice in Kenaupark. “It still feels like a blessing, ” she says. Every step she takes reinforce her purpose – to help women reconnect with their inner wisdom and thrive.

Unexpected lessons and surprises

Like many entrepreneurs, Veronica faced unexpected challenges. She discovered hidden fears uch as public speaking and she realized she needed a community of women to support her.

Another surprise? “I thought, once I had my diplomas and set up my practice, clients would just come. But no, it’s much more than that. It’s about how you present yourself, your website, your branding. It’s marketing.”

She learned to define her audience. “At first I accepted everyone, women, children but I realized my passion is working with women. Women shape the world. We are creators, You don’t need to bear a child to be a mother, women birth ideas, business, and change.”

current challenges and future aspirations

One of Veronica’s biggest challenges is finding balance. “I used to worry about not having enough clients. Now, I have the opposite problem, I work too much. My challenge is to create space for myself and my family.”

Looking ahead, Veronica dreams of working with groups. She envisions Women’s Ayurvedic circles where participants learn self-care, Ayurvedic rituals, nutrition, and healig techniques together. “There is so much power in women supporting each other.”

Pushing through difficult moments

Every entrepreneur faces moments of doubt. Veronica overcomes hers through neuroplasticity, rewiring her beliefs. “I used to think. ‘Who cares about my story? No one will come.’ But those thoughts shape reality. The truth is we are creators. If you belief in yourself, you attract the right people.”

the blessing behind fear

“The things you dread the most often hold the biggest blessings,” Veronica shares. “I fear working with groups, which is exactly why I’m gong to do it. When you push through fear, incredible things happen.”

Advice for aspiring female entrepreneurs

For women considering entrepreneurship, Veronica offers two insights.

  1. Work on your beliefs – Identify and change the limiting beliefs that hold you back. Love yourself. Take small steps towards doing what you love without obsessing over making money.
  2. Build a supportive network – “You will attract like-minded women who share your journey. Together, you can create, grow, and thrive. Women should come together, there is so much we can share and achieve.”

Veronica believes in the power of collaboration and is always eager to brainstorm with other female entrepreneurs. “More minds think better than one,” she says. “Let’s support each other and make a difference.”

final thoughts

Veronica’s business is more than just a career. It’s a mission to help women heal, find balance, and step into their true potential.

For any woman on the edge of taking the leap into entrepreneurship, Veronica’s story is a reminder. You are capable, you are powerful, and you can create the life you dream of.
