Terms and Conditions Hello Haarlem Community

Payment Terms

A Tikkie will be send to a member every first Monday of the month.

A member will receive an invoice for paid membership sent by e-mail by Hello Haarlem.

The fee for a membership is 18 Euro/month. This includes:

> The Hello Haarlem Monday Walks

> First to be informed about news and tips from Hello Haarlem

> First to be informed about Hello Haarlem events/workshops

> First to buy tickets for events/workshops in the first week of announcement

> Access to the closed Facebook group Hello Haarlem Community

From time to time Hello Haarlem may need to increase the membership fee. I will give you one full month’s notice of any upcoming price increase. Hello Haarlem will make it very clear when the price increase will take effect and how much your membership will cost after the increase.

During this period you have the usual right to terminate your membership in accordance with the membership terms and conditions and rules. If you do not terminate your membership by the date given to you in the notice then the price of your membership will be increased in accordance to our notice.

The monthly fee for the months October through December 2020 is 18 Euro.

Cancellation of Membership

Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time but are not eligible for a refund.

If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the applicable closed Facebook group untill the subscription expires. Cancellations may be made by sending an e-mail to elsa@HelloHaarlem.com.

Eligibility, suspension or termination

Membership is not an automatic right, it is a benefit for community members who follow my reasonable rules and treat other community members well.

I can suspend or terminate your membership at any time for any reason (acting reasonable of course) for any of the following reasons:

> If you breach these terms

> If you act in a way that does not align with the values of our community, or

> If you act in a way that cause Hello Haarlem or HHC members harm

If Hello Haarlem does decide to permanently terminate your membership, you must not apply for a new membership, as unfortuantely you will no longer be welcome in the Hello haarlem Community.

Changes of Terms

Hello Haarlem is free to unilaterally change the membership terms and conditions without giving further notice to the individual member. Such changes will, unless otherwise stated, take immediate effect. Hello Haarlem will publish changes to the terms and conditions on the website Hello Haarlem.com. However members are responsible for keeping themselves updated in relation to any changes to the terms and conditions.
